Mobile phones, tablets, power banks and other devices can be charged up to 2A (depends on the charger used) in any hub port thanks to the USB Battery Charging 1.2 support.
It also allows for charging iPad tablets even without an auxiliary power supply with approx. 1A (iPad mostly cannot be charged directly from the USB 3.0 ports on the PC).
After turning off the connected PC or without being connected to the PC the hub works with power supply via charger as a separate charging hub.

It can even handle permanent connection of several 2.5" external disks without the own hub power.
The 7-port USB 3.0 hub connects up to four disks, of course it is necessary to power the hub from the supplied power adapter.
Both 4-port hubs connect up to three disks with external power supply. The external power supply is not included, but a normal mobile phone charger with a micro USB connector is enough to power the hub.

The USB ports with sufficient spacing guarantee seamless direct connection of even large USB devices.
