If you didn’t find an answer to your issue, are missing drivers, or need technical advice, you can contact our technical support directly.

What to include in your inquiry so that technical support can help you as quickly as possible:

  • Type of purchased product and its PN (e.g. card reader AXAGON CRE-S3)
  • Type of computer or device (e.g. ASUS ZenBook UM3406HA, or PC with Intel Core Ultra 5 225 CPU, ASUS TUF Gaming Z890-PLUS WIFI motherboard, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, etc.)
  • Operating system (e.g. Windows 11 / Linux)

Warranty and Service Conditions AXAGON 

General Provisions
AXAGON products are supplied with clearly defined warranty and service conditions. The reseller is obliged to inform the end customer of all details and ensure that every consumer has full warranty coverage for AXAGON products according to the rules below.

Warranty Period
All AXAGON products come with a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

When the Warranty Does Not Apply
The warranty does not cover cases where:

  • The product was used contrary to the user manual or normal usage principles
  • The device was exposed to conditions outside the manufacturer’s specifications
  • Damage was caused by natural disasters or power failures
  • The defect resulted from improper installation or incorrect connection with another device
  • Unauthorized intervention, seal tampering, or breaking occurred
  • The device was mechanically damaged, excessively soiled, or worn out

The buyer must check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt.

Claim Procedure
If the buyer discovers a defect covered by warranty, the following steps must be taken:

  • Submit the claim to the AXAGON reseller. The defective device must be sent to the service center at the buyer’s expense.
  • Attach a detailed description of the defect and proof of purchase.
  • Provide the complete product, including all accessories (antistatic packaging, manuals, cables, etc.), ideally in the original packaging.
  • Pack the claimed device properly to avoid further damage during transport.
  • If the above conditions are not met, the claim may not be accepted.

Warranty Service
The supplier guarantees that all manufacturing defects of AXAGON products will be repaired without unnecessary delay during the warranty period. All warranty service is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, particularly the Commercial and Civil Code.
