The AXAGON ACU-PQ100 GaN charger is exceptionally small and lightweight, so instead of carrying a large adapter, you can carry just one small charger in your backpack. GaN technology for high power in small dimensions
The exceptionally small size and weight are achieved thanks to third-generation GaN technology (gallium nitride). GaN components allow higher efficiency and lower energy losses compared to conventional silicon solutions, enabling a much smaller charger design. Efficiency reaches up to 95%, which helps limit heating even under heavy load. This is important especially in such a small body that can deliver power of up to 100W. With dimensions of only 86 × 36 × 36 mm and a weight of 85 g, the charger is designed for daily carrying in a backpack, bag, or carry-on luggage. The input voltage 200-240 V / 50-60 Hz matches electric grids throughout Europe.
Fast charging of laptops, phones, and tablets
The charger supports a wide range of fast charging technologies including USB Power Delivery 3.0 with PPS, Quick Charge 4+, and Samsung Super Fast Charging 2.0. Via USB-C, it can charge compatible laptops with power up to 100W, Samsung Galaxy phones up to 45W, Google Pixel up to 45W, and also supports fast charging of Apple iPhone. Continuous 100W power even under long-term load
The charger’s maximum power is not just a short-term value. The USB-C output can provide up to 100W under continuous load without gradual power reduction. This is appreciated during all-day laptop work when you need to simultaneously use and charge the device. Stable power output is also beneficial when charging a laptop with a nearly depleted battery or during intensive tasks when the device draws more power.
Safe charging and protection in abnormal conditions
The connected device and the charger automatically negotiate the appropriate voltage, current and power, so the same charger can safely charge a laptop, phone, watch, or headphones. If the charger enters non-standard or extreme operating conditions, the corresponding protection function activates. The charger is protected against overcurrent (OCP), overvoltage (OVP), overheating (OTP), and output short circuit (OSP). In case of exceeding safe operating conditions, the system limits or cuts off the output to protect both the charger and the connected device.
